A property firm has put £9 million into Bedford’s Riverside Regeneration with the purchase of 46 residential properties.

The privately-owned, London-based investment group Delph Property Group has bought “off plan” apartments, which will be built to its specifications, due for completion by December 2017.
The regeneration project, on the site of the former town hall and public car park, will also include a 100 room hotel, a seven screen cinema, 18 social housing units, restaurants and a new market square.
