A top London art gallery has signed up a Bedford artist and will exhibit, promote and sell her work to a worldwide audience.

Sue Hall, of Thor Drive, Bedford was approached by Whitepeaks Fine Art after the gallery’s managing director Mark Pazik saw some of her colourful, distinctive works online.

It immediately offered Sue an agency deal to represent her and believe her paintings will attract a wide audience of art lovers.

Sue joins Whitepeaks’ roster of artists at an exciting time. It is opening a presitgious new gallery, Riverside 13, near Canary Wharf, London at Trinity Buoy Wharf directly opposite the O2 Arena later this month. It also takes space at major exhibitions and art fairs including Edinburgh Art Fair, where Sue will have an opportunity to exhibit. It also stages regular real-time online auctions where collectors worldwide bid to purchase works.

Sue said: “It’s a great time to be joining Whitepeaks and I am looking forward to working with them and their team.”

Her unique abstract paintings first publicly displayed at The Cheese Kitchen, Bedford just 18 months ago. Since then she has gone from strength to strength, winning a place in the final stages of the world-famous Saatchi gallery’s online Showdown competition early last year and being selected to participate in the Lights In The Winter exhibition at La Galleria Pall Mall, London in December.

She added: “As well as painting I have been working hard at ‘spreading the word’ and developing my network of contacts in the art world. Hopefully, it seems to be paying off.”

Sue is perhaps best known in Bedford for setting up and running The Kiln in Ram Yard until selling the business in 2008 to concentrate on her art career. She has several works on permanent display at Riobello’s restaurant in St. Mary’s Street, Bedford.

The Whitepeaks Fine Art gallery is at Riverside 13, Trinity Buoy Wharf, Orchard Place, London E14 0JW. Sue’s paintings and prints can be viewed and bought via Whitepeaks Fine Art at whitepeaksfineart.co.uk
