The incident happened on the B4032 Winslow Road at about 7.10am today.

A black Renault Clio left the road prior to entering the village of Swanbourne.

“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the public who assisted the injured man at the scene.

“A number of roads were closed whilst the scene was examined by collision investigation and I again thank the public for their cooperation and understanding as the scene remained closed for three hours.”
