Let’s Go To The Movies is the theme for the Ampthill Singers charity concert next week.

The annual evening of music will once again be held at the Methodist Church in Ampthill on Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15, at at 7.30pm

The charities being supported this year are Parkinson’s and Bedford Chums.

All the songs in this concert are from well known films from the 1940’s to the present day.

The whole show will be fun for all the family, an energetic and sparkling ride through the decades with songs and dance that everyone knows and loves.

Tickets, which can be bought at the door on the night, are £7 for adults, £5 concessions or a family ticket of £20 for two adults and two children.

Last year was a sellout and the singers raised more than £3,000 for charities - if they can manage to do the same this year the group will have raised £20,000 since it started.

See the singers on stage - and if you like what they you are invited to join them next February when they start a new season of rehearsing and performances.

Ampthill Singers meet on Tuesday evenings, no are auditions needed and yearly subs are kept low.
