Woman taken to hospital after collision with van
A woman was taken to hospital after a collision between a bicycle and van in Caldecote.

Ambulence crews from Biggleswade and Kempston rushed to the Great North Road at around 1.45pm this afternoon (July 21), after receiving a call saying a woman on a bike had been involved in an accident with a van, and could be trapped beneath the vehicle.

Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "The woman received a significant leg injury and following treatment and stabilisation at the roadside by paramedics, she was taken to the Lister Hospital in Stevenage."
