Unleash your inner Teenage Dirtbag ...
EVERYBODY’S favourite Teenage Dirtbags are coming to Bedford for what promises to be a very fun Wednesday night.
US hit makers Wheatus rose to fame in the early noughties with their string of catchy pop-punk hits.
But possibly their most famous song was Teenage Dirtbag which was used on the soundtrack to Mena Suvari and Jason Biggs vehicle Loser in 2000. The track cemented their status as counter-culture heroes and ensured them two well received albums at the time.
After a fairly lengthy hiatus Wheatus started writing and recording again in 2007. Since then they have slowly been releasing a series of EPs under the title Pop, Songs And Death.
The band will play at Bedford Esquires on Wednesday (March 23). The date is on the back of a hugely successful UK tour last year and fans and nostalgia hounds alike will be sure to enjoy the show.
