DR FEELGOOD is coming to town and it’s going to be fabulous!

The good old fashioned punk ‘n’ roll meets rhythm and blues band, which have basically toured since 1973 will come to Bedford Corn Exchange on May 11.

Dr Feelgood are truly a band that give it their all and with hits to fall back on like Milk and Alcohol, Down At The Doctors and Roxette the night is sure to be a good one if you fancy a bop.

Formed on Canvey Island in Essex in the early 1970s the band have not flagged, and still remain one of the most popular rhythm and blues acts in the world.

Following cult director Julien Temple’s 2010 biopic the band have seen a resurgeance in interest and, although they never went away, they are back and bigger than ever thanks to a whole new generation of fans.

Support on the night comes from Bedford supergroup The A band which features the Winter Brothers and Bruce Murray.

Doors open at 7.30pm and tickets cost £15 in advance.

To book your place at what could be one of Bedford’s gigs of the year call Bedford Central Box Office on 01234 269519.
