Have not yet collected mine from the post office yet as I have to find another £19.90! for custom charges, something which isn't made clear. When I phoned them to complain they directed me to VERY small small print. Would not use them as this should be made clearer to the public, bearing in mind they are selling things to people who have medical problems. Would not have minded if the told the truth when ordering. When I called they didn't care a bit. DO NOT USE THEM

Item fine, but the company makes alot of it having a Bedford U.K office, when in fact all items come from the U.S and are liable for a Customs and Royal Mail Charge, something which is not mentioned at all on thier literature, and is not clear enough if ordering online. Our stainless steel bracelet for our son which costs £28.95, ended up having an extra £12.93 charge levied on it. In my opinion, the Customer service from the Bedford Office was very bad. Overall, the product is very good and I would rate it 5 out of 5, but customer service is so poor, that my rating has had to be 1 out of 5 to reflect this. There are much cheaper alternatives from British companies.

The "small" ID bar has maximum dimensions 46mm x 14 mm. Chain is chunky, link diameter 6mm. Text does not show up well.

Paid £261.00 for a gold necklace, when it arrived it was of very poor quality, the chain which was supposed to be heavy duty was so light iI didnt think it could hold the pendant and the ring to conect the chain to the pendant was just squashed together. Returned it to find they enforce a 15% charge.
would not recommend to any one!
