A FUTURE England Test cricketer is in the ranks of this Bedford Modern cricket team of 60 years ago.

This is the unbeaten BMS 1st XI of 1952.

It included the future England test cricketer Geoff Millman, who died in 2005, the future President of Middlesex County Cricket Club, Bob Gale, now living in Sussex, and Graham Jarrett, who went on to play for Bedfordshire, the Minor Counties and the Club Cricket Conference, and died in 2004.
