Action from the Junior National Club League


A solid performance from Riverside Tennis Club's U14 boys saw them ease to a 5-1 victory against Sharnbrook in the Junior National Club League.

In the singles matches, Sanjeeev Bains (9.1) beat Hayden Jones (9.1) 6-0, 6-1, Chris Cutler (9.1) defeat Arran Chand (9.2) 6-4, 6-0, Jack Tomas (9.1) lost to Casper Goodwin (10.2) 7-5, 6-4 and Isacc Vaughan (10.1) beat Stuart Reynolds (10.2) 6-3, 6-1.

Riverside won both doubles matches with Sanjeev Bains and Chris Cutler edging Hayden Jones and Arran Chand 6-3, 6-4 and Jack Tomas and Isaac Vaughan ousted Casper Goodwin and Stuart Reynolds 10-3 in the tie break, after drawing one set all, 6-3, 2-6.
